I like to have a repertoire of quick meals that are super fast to make, take little clean up, are delicious and therefore don’t make me hate my life. These all take about 20 minutes or less. I can whip these up pretty fast even if the kids want pizza or something that doesn’t fit my IIFYM diet. I’m also a big fan of frozen ingredients as they are easy to have on hand and I don’t need to worry about things spoiling. I make sure to always have veggies, chicken, fish and fruit in my freezer. Specific macros will obviously vary depending on actual ingredients and amounts. Will compile a list with pictures as I go! 🙂
